These terms apply when you use OurPulse at ourpulse.click, whether you create pulses, answer them, or call the API. By signing in, creating a pulse, or submitting an answer, you agree to them.
OurPulse is provided by Niki Dimitrov, a private individual in Bulgaria ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
OurPulse lets an owner write a few questions, share a link or QR code, collect answers from respondents, and see the results as a whole. Owners can also use it through an API, a command-line tool, and a Claude Code skill. The service is free and offered as it is.
You decide what to ask, whom to send the link to, and whom you give results and report links to. In data-protection terms you are the controller of the answers you collect, and we process them for you as described in the privacy policy. In particular:
If a pulse or an account breaks these terms, we may pause or delete the pulse, revoke API keys, or close the account, with notice where that is reasonable and without it where it is not. We may also do so when we are required to by law or by a provider we depend on.
Questions, answers and reports stay yours (or your respondents'). You give us only the permission needed to store them and show them to the people you share links with. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not use them to train AI models. The description you type into the drafting card is sent to an AI model to produce a draft and is not stored.
OurPulse is provided free of charge, as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using or being unable to use the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, and nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.
You can stop at any time: delete your pulses, revoke your keys, and ask us to delete your account. We can end the service or your access as described in sections 6 and 8.
When the terms change, the date at the top changes and the previous versions stay in the site's history on GitHub. A change that matters to owners is announced on their account page before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Disputes go to the competent court in Bulgaria, unless you are a consumer in another EU country, in which case the mandatory rules and courts of your country of residence also apply.
